My song "1992" is the Rock track of the day today at garageband.com. This is based on peer reviews, so it's pretty cool. Please do me a favour and go download it from them so I get lots of hits.
Yesterday me and the boy went up to Isla Vista for a Nexus reunion. It was a lot of fun. Sean loved playing with his new friend Claire:
On Friday we were up camping for Steve's annual birthday trip. Great times. Happy Birthday Steve!!
I've put the song "1992" up on garageband.com and It's getting real good reviews - 5 out of 5 stars. It's going to be Track of the Day in the rock category next monday, the 28th.
It's been a long process and I'm thrilled to finally have it out there. Now I must give thanks: Thanks to Molli for hanging in there and being supportive, and for singing on two songs (one of them didn't make the album, but it wasn't because of her.) Thanks to Steve for playing awesome drums on four of the songs. Thanks to Kelli for singing on two songs. Thanks to Lori for taking the photos. Thanks to Max Donelly for doing the graphic design Thanks to Ken Layne and Scrub Jay Records for their support. Thanks to Oasis CD Manufacturing for doing what they said they were going to do with no problems. Special thanks to Sean Harland for dancing and singing along, and for clapping when I finish a song. And thank you for your patronage and support. Keep an eye out here for upcoming shows, perhaps some t-shirts, and other announcements.

The Gregory Vaine artist site is now up at music.download.com. The site is sort of a replacement for the now defunct and much missed mp3.com. As a special treat I've put up an mp3 of my instrumental "American Gothic" for your downloading pleasure. My new CD "The Many Sides of" will be released in the next few weeks. I will have some samples up and a re-designed web site, so stay tuned.
